Joining Bland & Associates, P.C. directly after college in 1996, Jason has fully embraced and flourished in the community and client-oriented environment earning the respected position of Managing Shareholder. His role requires him to operate from micro and macro vantage points wherein he must oversee the day-to-day operations and develop strategies for the firm's long-term success. The multi-functionality of Jason's career enables him to provide superior client solutions through direct consulting and advisory services and by spreading his knowledge through training and development programs.

As the firm's leader, Jason holds himself to the highest industry standards. He believes this requires a hands-on approach to client services and will work in the field to prepare and train. Therefore, he is knowledgeable about many industries and services, but he does specialize in managed care, real estate, governmental, Tribal, and construction entities.

Jason's strength as a leader and gift as an educator stems from his sense of community and appreciation for teamwork. Professionally, he has taken time to appear as a featured speaker at a number of conferences in Omaha. Personally, Jason is involved with community service programs and organizations as a volunteer and leader. His desire to better his community and profession instill him with a sense of pride that ultimately affords his clients the best service in the industry.

Originally joining Bland & Associates, P.C. after college, Jeremy returned in 2006. As the firm's Shareholder overseeing the administration of the audit department. His role as a leader draws on his array of knowledge and skills in a variety of areas and services to maintain and accelerate streamlined operations and excellence in client care. A continued practice of hands-on client services allows Jeremy to provide the highest quality consulting services he believes are not available anywhere else. Although he works with a variety of clients, he specializes in construction, manufacturing, and service industries.

During the past decade of his career, he has garnered managerial experience at two other prominent local firms, where he prepared tax returns, performed audit work, provided various consulting services, and led a construction group. To Bland & Associates, P.C., he brought his acquired expertise and leadership skills to influence and compliment the firm's growth and development. His determination to put the client's interests above all else and seek customized solutions to fulfill their needs upholds the firm's values and inspires those around him.

Currently, Jeremy is establishing his niche through his ability to develop innovative procedures and solutions for clients that streamline their finances and operations, ultimately improving his client's business structure and bottom line. For instance, Jeremy redeveloped one client's entire bidding and billing system to create a personalized indirect cost allocation system that allowed them to accurately assess their overall profitability. His unique perspective and passion for quality client services are an asset to the firm and businesses he consults.

With over 10 years of professional experience, Troy brought a unique and knowledgeable breadth of experience with him when he joined Bland & Associates, P.C. in 2006. As a Shareholder, he oversees the tax department while continuing to offer premium advisory services. He offers customized solutions in a variety of industries such as retail, manufacturing, construction, and non-profit organization. His areas of specialty include review, tax return preparation and individual and corporate tax planning.

Troy's experience in the private sector as a Controller for two local companies affords him special insight into company operations and finances. His understanding of business organizational structures resonates soundly with owners seeking counsel and assistance with negotiations. An insider's perspective and a strong work ethic result in hands on, high-quality client service that improve the overall operational functionality and financial bottom line.
